Demand for appointments remains very high. Please note the following information:
 

• Except on public holidays, new appointments are released every Friday morning via the online appointment system.
• Access to the Consulate General is only permitted to people who have booked an appointment online in advance. Accompanying persons are only permitted for minors and people in need of assistance.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment, as only a certain number of people are allowed to enter the Consulate General.
• Please pay the applicable fee by credit card or with the exact amount of cash.

A personal appearance is mandatory when submitting an application.

Cancelled appointments will be released immediately.

Please note that the appointments shown online are the only and earliest possible appointments. At the moment, you must expect longer lead times for booking an appointment. If you would like to book an earlier appointment, please first delete the originally reserved appointment using the cancellation link in the confirmation email.

Emergency appointments can only be made on a case-by-case basis in extreme emergencies (death, illness in the family, or theft). In this case, please send us an email using the contact form.
